I have been working with computers for sixteen years now, with heavy experience in the area of Microsoft operating systems. I have also had about one year of experience with Macintosh and Unix/BSD/Linux as well as some with BEos. Additionally, I've acquired some experience with React OS, ReOS, ReWin, RTdos, RTXdos, OpenVMS, SharkOS, and Syllable OS - I really am a Proud Geek at heart.
I am proficient at both on and off site computer repair, setup and networking, and I'm an expert at setting up/fixing Microsoft security issues for home and small business computers. My support staff currently consists of my wife, Monica Gates. She and I, along with our children, live a few miles outside of Waupaca. We both love working out of our home, as it affords us more time to spend with each other and our children, and the flexibility to engage in all sorts of volunteer pursuits.
Monica also owns and operates Hartman Creek Pet
Center and a new website called WaupacaPets.com, which is a great
destination for any animal-loving web surfer! Monica keeps pretty busy
grooming pets, but also enjoys taking on new web design products. She
recently re-designed the Humane
Society of Waupaca County's website, which features many of her
